Marking Time

I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out if anything stood out for me in February ... and nothing does. It was just a month - 4 weeks, 7 days each - nothing special! The most that can be said for it is that I marked off all the physio and chiropractic appointments I had to go to to for my hip. It was a very boring, uninteresting and nothing month. So that's what I made - a boring, uninteresting piece that was just about marking time!!

Now that it's done I can move on to March - I have two ideas for that or maybe it's one for March and one for April. That could be it. Anyway, I should have them both finished before the end of May which would bring me right up to date. Yeah!!!!

Well, I don't find this page boring at all -- it is a good abstract design and tells it like it was!

LOL! seeing as my computer is slow, I read your explanation of February before the pic showed itself and wondering how you were going to bead it - I love it! Very, very creative! Definitely the way I feel about February (and March) too... just waiting for them to pass to get on with the "good" months... Love this!

This seems a very good idea to me to show a month that didn't have anything special to offer. The days go by anyway - full or empty.

I love it! I know you were stuck, but this turned out great! I think it shows alot of creativity! And a good comment on how not everything is always so beautiful! Congrats on a job well done! A teacher in art school years ago told me that "Idea is King"! This proves it!
Warmest aloha,

We all have months like that, but not all of us would be able to show it so well. Nice!

As Sabine says... the days go by... full or empty. I'm wondering how March, April and now May are for you? Marking time (or "on hold" as I call it) is something that happens to many of us from time to time... and it's not always something that confines itself to a single calendar month.... I hope your spate of it is finished... if not, I'd understand seeing calendar #2. Robin A.
